Mazella found Nicole Sarcone Just a short drive from the SIA campus working some basketball magic for the junior varsity at Notre Dame Academy on Grymes Hill. “We are thrilled to have Nicole on board to take over our girls’ varsity program,” said Mazella. “She met all the criteria that we were looking for duringour interview process,and we are confident that she is the perfect candidate to continue the momentum our girls’ program has generated over the last few yearsand guide us to even greater levels of success.” Sarcone, a solid player for NDA, was a three-year starter at New Paltz and is the career assist leader.
